7Compare is built to work without knowing who you are. This page describes exactly what is stored and where.
What stays in your browser
Your wishlist, your comparison set, your price alerts and your recently viewed products are stored in this browser's local storage. They never leave the device unless you attach an email address to an alert.
Clearing your browser data removes all of it. There is no copy on our side to restore.
What we collect
No account is required to use any feature on this site. We do not ask for your name, phone number or address.
If you give an email address for a price alert or the newsletter, it is used to send that alert or that newsletter and nothing else. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Analytics
We measure aggregate usage — pages viewed, searches run, which comparisons are opened — to decide what to build next. This is counted in aggregate and is not tied to an identity.
When you click through to a store
Following a link to a retailer hands you over to that retailer, whose own privacy policy then applies. Some links carry an affiliate tag so the store can attribute the visit. We do not pass any personal information to them.
Your rights
Write to contact@7by.in to ask what is held against an email address, or to have it deleted. We action deletions within 30 days.
